https://www.incrediblenortheastindia.com/ Arunachal Pradesh, Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh hosted the 36th Senior National Tug of War Championships. The three-day event featured 429 participants from 15 states, including a team from the UAE. The Indian Army and state administration organized the event.
Kerala emerged as the overall champions of the 18th Federation Cup tug-of-war championship, which was held in Tawang. The team won gold medals in the senior men's (640kg), senior women's (500kg), and senior mix (4+4) (580kg) categories. Arunachal Pradesh also had a good showing at the event, winning gold in the under-19 mix category and silver medals in the Senior Women's (500kg) and under-19 junior boys category.
